The capitol attack killed 5 people because people underestimated how violent the MAGAs are.

I think like 30 people died during the summer riots and that is more than 5.

I was outraged by the events last summer. Looting and violence are never acceptable.
That doesn't make the President trying to overthrow the government any more acceptable.
Unity comes with accountability.
A conviction of Trump will be a good start. Removing the members of congress who helped the mob attack the capitol and gave unauthorized tours will be another step.
Another good step would be not getting in the way of Biden's cabinet picks.
Unity requires the Republicans to make some good faith efforts. Because there was ZERO good faith effort from them towards unity in the last 4 years.
