Instead he's a world class golfer. And a nice one at that.

It won’t happen in the conditions he will play in today…he will be pressed to play the weekend. You can’t win a tournament on Thursday….but you can lose on Thursday.

My favorite is the Sands of Nakajima on the #17 Road Hole at St. Andrews in 1978. Tommy actually putted into the bunker and took 4 to get out. Was only 1 stroke out in the 3rd round before taking 9 on the 17th.



Nakajima also took a 13 at the par 5 No. 13 at the Masters in the same year. He was even par at the time.

Watch how the best players in the world handle these bad weather conditions…weather is the great equalizer but these guys are tough sumbitches for the most part….
Justin Rose is one helluva player…he is “moving up” as the weather gets worse…
