Instead of taking away gas powered vehicles, how about improving infrastructure and mass transit systems to be more eco friendly, presenting legit alternatives to air travel with monorails or bullet trains.
Stop the nonsense that within 5 years every 5 years Florida will be under water or the eastern seaboard will be gone… it’s just not honest and scare tactics so you get push back… it’s like telling folks get 2 shots and you won’t spread Covid or get Covid while Fauci and Biden have reportedly had it multiple times…

It was refreshing to see a politician put America ahead of politics. The GOP should really take note, but I fear it would fall on deaf ears. Mrs. Alaska said as much after watching it, "My dad could watch a speech like that and it still wouldn't change his mind." <----so sad.
