Already started digging the hole for the pool 😜You have solid inside sources or are you counting on it like that Christmas bonus?

No it hasn't.Iowa basketball has been an absolute joke for the last 10 years
Doesn't really matter. A laughing stock doesn’t sniff a conference title or end up in the top half of the conference. It's just a wildly inaccurate characterization. The NCAA Tourney aside. How'd they do in the NCAA? 🤪
I'm not an apologist for Fran, but whatever helps you cope with the reality of the last 25 years. The talent gap is huge now for the schools that don't have the funds.
Yup. Gary Barta is still on my Christmas card list this year. Always takes some effort to find a coal colored one.I'm reflecting on how fun this time of the year through March is supposed to be. Here we are though. Iowa MBB is irrelevant, and the product is as bad as I remember. It's really an unfortunate time for the program.
Many would disagree. I want change like a majority of the fan base.Doesn't really matter. A laughing stock doesn’t sniff a conference title or end up in the top half of the conference. It's just a wildly inaccurate characterization. The NCAA Tourney aside.

Wanting change and agreeing that Iowa basketball has been a laughing stock for the last 10 years is not in any way the same thing. Many would disagree. I want change like a majority of the fan base.
Last 10 years may be stretching it because I remember some exciting seasons and great games. That said, the last two years our talent has declined and play is not good. I seldom watch anymore. FWIW, this is coming from a kid who listened to all the games on a radio when the Hawks weren't on TV. Disappointing for sure.Iowa basketball has been an absolute joke for the last 10 years
I grew up listening to Iowa basketball on the radio. Only had two TV stations. For some reason I still watch nearly every game.Last 10 years may be stretching it because I remember some exciting seasons and great games. I will believe he is gone when it happens. I have watched coaches return year after year at iowa with very average results, so............

I get excited for every game even though we are in a rut right nowFortitude! lol.
Correct, the Garza, Murray years were actually probably the peak of the last 25.
When I was young and working in NC, I used to go out to the car at night and put WHO on to catch the game. If the weather was good, well...I grew up listening to Iowa basketball on the radio. Only had two TV stations. For some reason I still watch nearly every game.
