I am shocked that Trump has held back against Willis so far. If the investigation moves forward she will draw more fire. If she indicts the racist diatribes will be epic. The threats of violence against Willis will flow freely, then all the guys having kittens in the Lee Zeldin thread will lose their collective voices.
Georgia is a state case, and Trump made the mistake of being on tape urging people to commit crimes. However, there will be wrangling to no end over deference to the office and the such. There will be questions that will be argued to death over what a president can be charged with by a state court. Trump will claim everything was above the board.
All of that gets a lot easier to overcome if Rudy somehow was sober enough to hold onto some evidence, and he's able to bargain for no prison time.

It's good that so far there has been little slack given when it comes to answering subpoenas. Rudy, Lindsey, Kemp... They all need to show up and talk. From this initial reports Rudy may have answered some questions today.
