This might be a little tougher than Putin thought...

I’m sick of the Russian bullshit. Bring NATO and US forces in. Kick them the eff out of Ukraine.
With them shelling the evacuation area from the flood they caused I’m past my limit with them. I’m honestly amazed that Poland hast told NATO that they’re taking a leave of absence from the alliance until the war is over and entered Ukraine and wrecked the Russians.

I have not given a shit about this since the get go. What I have given a shit about is the people being senselessly slaughtered, now.

That's fair, to each their own. I think the point he's trying to shed light on is Russia is just destroying everything and making land unusable. Their impact is going far beyond the heinous slaughtering of Ukrainians and their own.

Russian troops are preparing to flee northern Crimea, in particular Armyansk, where they have mined the Crimean Titan chemical plant

The National Resistance Center reported the information.
"Russian forces have ordered the occupation administrations in the northern part of the temporarily occupied peninsula to prepare for an ‘evacuation’,” the statement said.
Russian occupation authorities are compiling lists of residents who will be forcibly relocated to deeper into the peninsula or to Russian territory.
"In particular, according to information from the Crimean underground, the relevant preparations have already taken place in the city of Armyansk," the Center said.
According to underground sources, the occupation administrations and their families, along with equipment and documents, will be prioritized for “evacuation.”
"At the same time, Russians are demanding lists of material and cultural values that they plan to steal and take to Russia," the Center added.
  • Earlier, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Prokudin reported that Russian troops had mined the Crimean Titan chemical plant in Crimea.

So their plan is that they know they are going to lose and go scorched earth on Crimea. Maybe they are doing it to consolidate their troops in other areas but come on...

Awesome and not at all terrible for humanity.

Always surprised when troops survive big explosions (I realize the equipment is designed to do this) and note at end the return of other Humvee to provide covering fire and maybe retrieve troops.

I like the sound of the bolded...the Ukrainians are being patient and aren't gonna shoot their bolt too soon.

Reality check: "The initial counteroffensive operations may be the most difficult and slowest, as they involve penetrating prepared defensive positions," the Institute for the Study of War noted in its latest assessment. "Initial setbacks are to be expected. This phase may also see the highest Ukrainian losses."

  • Michael Kofman of CNA contends that while Ukraine's counteroffensive is now underway, we've yet to see the main thrust of the operation. The brigades that received the most Western training and equipment do not yet seem to be engaged in the fighting, Kofman said on his "Russia Contingency" podcast.

I didn't post it but the other day they had a night vision view of a Russian fleeing a dropped grenade and the next Russian following him falls on that area as it explodes. Think it was bad luck and not bravery but either way he can talk to Peter the Great in Russkie heaven now.
