This might be a little tougher than Putin thought...

After a bumpy few days to start, which would be expected given the time Russia had to set up lines of defense, I am really getting the sense things are starting to move fast.

Lots of key command and logistic targets getting taken out. Lots of evidence they are already deep into the south. Lots of evidence they are active along the entire front. And lots of surrender. It would be sweet if some sort of momentous take back of much of Ukraine was declared on July 4th:)

We drove past the Russian Art Museum in Minneapolis today. Out of solidarity we decided what’s probably an interesting museum until after the war ends. However, my kid has been there a few times and said there’s a basket in the gift shop filled with Soviet era medals. $5 for any medal a proud Soviet warrior could have been awarded.
Just seems fitting for the descendants of those slobs bombing civilians and blowing up dams in Ukraine.
In Russian art’s defense, the Soviets basically killed it and there’s been zilch since the end of communism.

Russian-Belorussian-Ukrainian art from 1890-1920 is some of the best in the world.
