A massive Russian cargo jet has again been tracked flying to Vladivostok, taking off and turning off its transponder, then reappearing after apparently flying to North Korea. It's troubling that North Korea is supplying Russia with munitions, but I'm also troubled about what Russia might be sending to North Korea in exchange for munitions?

30,000 new draftees corresponds neatly to the +/- 1,000 daily deaths/maimed battlefield removals we have been seeing in the reports since last fall. That and the nearly $10bn/month price to this (approaching 50% of gdp) has to be wholly unsustainable for Russia for much longer.
Good thing the ethnic minorities are happily sending their sons off to the meat grinder. Payback for the mass shooting that Ukraine orchestrated.

India and Ukraine hold their second set of high level meetings in as many weeks, including a phone call between Modi and Zelensky. Some believe India could be helpful in mediating an end to the war. I'm fine with that as long as ending the war peacefully means Russia withdraws from all territory they've taken since 2014.
