I think you may have hit on the perfect solution. We simply pay South Africa to take our share of the refugees and send them some of those FEMA trailers. They can bond over their mutual love of soccer.

I actually don't know enough about pre or post apartheid South Africa to draw any conclusions.

Good idea...they probably need the money. I will give Mandela credit for one thing...when he took over he understood who built the country and who made it successful and he left that power to those who knew what the hell they were doing.
