If video reviews are used to decide close or questionable calls, why not just get rid of all refs, eliminate the middle man/woman and have every single play critiqued by a few people in the press box, via 5 or 6 cameras.
All you’ll need is a couple ball boys to place the ball on the correct yard line, or into the pods of a robot .

I thought this would be a dumb thread starter.. but throw in crowd sourcing calls and you could be onto something. Let’s say 2,000,000 people are watching the game at home, everyone has a vote on what if any call should be made or reviewed.

women should never ref men's sports to begin with, just have AI ref the games.........at least skynet can't be bought off
