I guess I have to go against the grain here. When I think of one hit wonders I don't think of some shit song that was popular and got plenty of radio play. Most of the submissions on this thread are shite artists with shite songs. They may have been songs to get morons to like for a short period of their lives...But, most of them wouldn't qualify for free stage at State Fair.
One hit wonders to me is who truly had one hit and was a tremendous talent...yet didn't make it big
