The Publix here was only out of Charmin TP. All other brands were stocked but no Charmin to be found, shelf was empty. I thought it was odd that only one brand was out of stock.

What is wrong with people? Seriously. There is ZERO reason to be stocking up on toilet paper, or anything else. All this is doing is feeding the hysteria.
