Kris has been a victim of a lot of TV timeouts too. Somebody needs to chart that stuff. There is no way you can convince me that refs are looking for a way to create a deadball when the clock hits 16, 12, 8 and 4 rather than let it play out. Think about it, you never see a TV timeout any further than 30 seconds from those marks. And beyond that, you never see a team commit 20, 15 or even 12 fouls in a half either. It always seems like it evens out for the most part around 7-9 fouls unless someone has to foul. Not that it is rigged, but the refs are not just refs but game managers as well.
