Carly has been trying to be somewhat human recently - instead of an angry-looking Stepford Scold. Hasn't been working that well, but is definitely needed if she wants to make any more headway. Does she step up the kinder gentler offensive or revert to unadulterated bitch?

Rubio has been the sharpest tack in every debate, so far. Intelligent, crisply-delivered answers. I don't like him but he's shown up and delivered. Can he keep it up? Cruz almost knocked him down last time. The mask briefly slipped and he got that deer-in-headlights look - but only for a moment. Can Cruz (or someone else) do it again?

Rubio really can't afford to slip. He has to be the best Florida candidate and the best Cuban candidate if he is to have a shot.

He's still vulnerable on the immigration issue (despite being 2nd best on this issue behind Bush) - because the GOP base is nutty on immigration.

Personally, I'm waiting for the drunk/stoned Rubio to show up. We have seen that one on some of the circuit TV shows in the past, but he's kept that dissolute Mr Hyde under wraps recently. Can he convince us that we were imagining that version of himself?

With as crazy as the field has been, I don't know why they don't just get rid of the undercard debate and take the top ten. One of the kid's table candidates could have a late surge. They must figure that would just serve to further fragment the establishment vote.

Just lumping their citizenship/eligibility issues under that label. Sloppy of me but I assumed everybody would know what I meant.

Rubio is sort of an anchor baby. In contrast with Cruz, he's ONLY eligible because he was born here, since neither parent was a US citizen. A lot of folks on the GOP side want to do away with becoming a citizen because you were born here. In which case Rubio wouldn't qualify.

Unlike Cruz, it's clear that Rubio does qualify under current understanding of the constitution.

I'm waiting for someone to argue that the naturalization process makes one a natural born citizen under the law. I mean what else would it mean? Why call it "naturalization" if it doesn't "naturalize"?

Once we loosen it up for Cruz, isn't that the next logical step?

Once we get to that point, Arnold Schwarzenegger can jump in.

Rubio and Cruz sound like evangelists.

Jeb looks like a guy waiting for the elites to just make it happen and give him what he had earned.

All the talk about investing even more in the military makes me sick. Close some damn foreign bases and have those troops protect our border. Challenge the military to do more with less.

I didn't watch the debate, I don't have Fox Business, so I can only go off of the snippets I have seen. It appears like Trump gave a very strong performance, but it was roughly a wash with Cruz. Cruz made a mistake with the "New York", values comment. He just put one on the tee for Trump there. At the end of Trump's comments someone (Christie), should have seized the chance to compliment him for his response against divisive comments amongst Americans, then stuck the knife in from behind about Trump lying about Muslims dancing in the streets as the towers fell in NYC.
