Top 10 SNL cast members of all time.

Sometimes I forget how funny Mike Myers was. He isn't top ten in my book, but he's certainly in the top 10 percent. His character in Sprockets is one of my favorites.

So, you must hate Keenan and Phil Hartman.
You're definitely right about Keenan; he's worse than the others I mentioned because at least the others were funny, he's not.

I would not consider Phil Hartman as one of the all-time greats, but he had some measure of variability in his comedy spectrum; more than, say, Jon Lovitz.

My favorite Eddie Murphy sketch

And a really funny sketch with Carvey as Ross Perot and Farley doing anything for cash. When I first saw it I was instantly reminded of Terry Southern's great novel about a billionaire who persuades people to do demeaning and disgusting things for money, "The Magic Christian."

Nostalgia is kind. Much of SNL over its history was so-so quality. But when it hit it, it was worth it.

Not one mention of Steve Martin yet. Not #1 but certainly worthy of Top 10 consideration.
