Top French Weatherman FIRED for Writing a Book Critical of Climate Change Dogma

It seems pretty obvious why he was fired.

Look, the government backs nearly all climate change research. They love climate change because it gives them a great tool to scare the public into giving up their liberties, and to funnel taxpayer money to their cronies. This guy works for the government and writes a book attacking climate change. The government then fires him. I think it's pretty safe to say why they fired him.

Except that EXXON did its own research during the 1980s, and had come up w/ the same results that scientists now are simply refining.....

They're relevant only in understanding how easy you come by your positions. But I don't need to deflect as you have yet to even attempt a swing. You cower in the corner just beating the table that you are right with zero arguments to back your position.

They show that I'm not so simple minded that I let my personal views distract me from something disturbing. If you want to keep yourself walled up in that house of cards, be my guest. I guess I can't get too mad at you for your lack of intellectual curiosity.

So, keep trying to deflect, deflect, deflect with something that doesn't even pertain to the argument.

Actually I think it shows just that fact. As I've stated here a few times, I believe the entire hype about this case is because the topic at hand is climate change. The hype isn't over a guy getting fired for writing a book in violation of his contract. I keep asking you for arguments, you keep ignoring me. That's deflection. Run along and clean your mirrors.

He works in France. Do you have the numbers to show how much climate change research in France is being funded by the French government?

And, no, it's not obvious why he was fired. You're making conclusions based on assumptions and limited data.

If this hadn't happened before then you might have a point, but this is hardly an isolated incident.
