Definitely the good ol' days that's for sure. Hung out with Troy Ratigan a ton after work!! Mid 80s started out at 4 bucks an hour that's crazy...lol. Good summer for me...toured Debby, Creighton and IWCC for baseball chose IWCC got hurt didnt work out left and joined the AF. Probably know some folks u do...

I was a senior on the MV baseball team in 1978. We played for the state title that year in our class and lost. Craig Cunard from that team got drafted but took a full scholarship to Arkansas. I looked at IWCC but instead walked on at Iowa and washed out.

I am so glad that we do not do this chant. It validates them. I had a friend who went to MN and she bragged about how awesome it was that they did it for every game... even when they weren't playing Iowa. She asked why we don't have chants for them and I said we just aren't as obsessed with them I guess... I know... CSB but I feel like they do that stupid chant sp that someone will pay attention to them.
