Trump aide Peter Navarro guilty of contempt of Congress

This was a slam dunk conviction from the start.

Did he receive a subpoena? YES
Did he show up? NO
GUILTY

I hope he appeals the verdict for only one reason: a couple hundred thousand more dollars in legal fees.

Good...this guy is a traitor and a horrible economist.
Lock him up!
That's one of the things most laughable about his defense. Ostensibly he was a trade analyst in the WH. Why in TF was he refusing to testify to Congress over 1/6? And, if you are going to claim Executive Privilege it would be nice if your boss had written that down or stated so publicly.
He should have complied as many here like to say.

I appreciate our system of justice, but the fact that Bannon and Navarro haven't done their time shows you there are two systems of justice in America. Neither one of them had a case. Neither one of them has a legitimate appeal. They should have been immediately told to report to the Bureau of Prisons.
