What a difference it is to have a serious, experienced federal judge like Chutkun presiding on this case, versus an inexperienced, possibly biased judge as in the documents case. Chutkun wasn't pissing around today. She set expectations, and didn't fall for every wild assed ploy by Trump's lawyers.
I am not ruling out he possibility that Cannon is simply another incompetent Federalist, who was given a lifetime job because of the secret club she belongs to along with Don McGahn
