TRUMP INDICTED

Pretty sure the term Trumped up Charges apply here. Our justice system is in a sad sad state when a Soros funded hack like Bragg can bring charges against an ex-President when federal prosecutors dismissed them. This will back-fire big time on all the leftists out there.
He maybe got Soros funding to get elected but now he's doing this all on the taxpayer dime babay!

In a prefect world I'd agree with you.

Trump gets acquitted it's good politically for Trump and be cited as a validation of R argements against the indictment.

That's just reality.

Of course the alternative is true too. If Trump is convicted, it's also going to be cited as a validation of R arguments against the indictment. It'll be proof that we are a Banana Republic, that the Democrats have schemed the legal system into a fascist weapon, that Soros manipulated the DA, and that the jurors are all never Trumpers or RINOs, etc.

That's just reality.

I thought you meant what you had written, it seems you just had meant that the Rs will feel validated regardless of reality.

How, exactly, is the evil “Soros” funding these district attorneys? Show your receipts or shut up.

It's a much more compelling argument if he's acquitted....I agree they'll argue that regardless. But it hits home with less people if he's convicted. That's pretty critical when national elections are determined by a couple percentage points...

With campaign contributions,.. not my receipts.
We've already been over this and that is a mighty, mighty, mighty long streeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeetch.

Soros is one of hundreds of donors to the "Color of Change" political action committee and Bragg is one of literally dozens of politicians across the entire country that received campaign funding from the PAC.

The Color of Change PAC gives to dozens of campaigns in multiple states. Its mission statement: "Focused on building independent Black political power, amplifying Black voices, electing progressive candidates who share our values, and holding them accountable to our communities."

Here, you can read about the myriad endorsements across every corner of America here (throw in $20 while you're at it!):

So yeah, trying to connect that donation to a single person or single entity is disingenuous and stupid.

Thank you.

Who’s he running against?

Edit: you’ll find I’m not as “entrenched” as most other folks on this site as I’ve only voted in one election and I’m registered an an independent
Someone who didn't try to overturn an election. Won't be on Trump's opponents resume. Honestly that should be enough. U either believe in democracy or u don't.

Trump wins no matter what. Only thing that should matter is if he broke laws.

But not "funding them". They do not get their paychecks or "walking orders" from Soros.

They are elected, and election-funded, like every other politician and DA.

As long as you're moving those goal posts why don't you just carry them the phuck out of here,.. thanks buddy.

Thank you.
So in your mind every single elected candidate that takes funding from a political action committee is a "puppet" of every single donor to said PAC?

You do realize that if you believe that, then every single person in every single elected office in America is merely a puppet, and one with hundreds of puppetmasters (each of which with massively different sets of interests and causes).

Asinine.

You're so cute when you get angry and have to bring out the name-calling when proven wrong...

He's getting all pissypants now and throwing the namecalling around.

Just devastated that his MAGA Warrior has been criminally indicted.

The Soros stuff is so goddamn stupid.

I contributed to a PAC that gave U.S. Rep. Eric Sorensen cash last summer.

Does this mean that U.S. Rep Sorensen is a TORBEE BACKED PUPPET!!!!????

Shit, if I actually HAD that kind of power, that Moline-Chicago train would be running already!!!

I can't quite figure it out, but Biden is either trying to beat Trump by putting him in jail or beat DeSantis in the primary by putting Trump in jail. Either way, it's an orchestration of Biden to hurt Republicans when Biden said he would unite the country. I never thought there would be a more divisive president than Obama in my lifetime and Biden goes hold my beer.
Always the dems fault when something bad happens.
