I haven’t read the reports today. What I read that the proposed charges were felonies that were based on shaky legal grounds. He’s guilty of a misdemeanor and the time has run out in charging a misdemeanor.

Speakind generally, I've posted on this board before regarding the propensity of many prosecutors to overcharge. It's a tactic that needs to be addressed.
I'm also a big advocate of investigative boards that review allegations of such. Prosecutorial misconduct is the antithesis of American ideals.
Why not spend 5 minutes out of your day trying to solve some of Iowa’s problems?

Not knowing much about the facts of the case, I just hope it's enough to put him away and everyone can move on.
