And, anything he says today is free game to be used against him in any other investigation.

We know he would have made a great doctor, as he said during Covid, and now he is a self-made environmentalist. Surely he could handle his own defense better than any attorney.

When I asked him if he was an attorney in another thread, he would not confirm that. Just said one didn't need to be an attorney to have his beliefs and opinions.

That is absolutely the most direct law violation he was involved in.
It's going to be a tough case. Every elected Republican in Georgia is going to fight Willis.
I think the documents case it the clearest path to a conviction. Either for the documents, or for obstruction.
He doesn't seem very stable, or or genius-like right now.
