It’s viewed by many in the media and others as a tremendously weak case. I would say the same if this was Biden being indicted out of office for allegedly taking money from Chinese officials. Like I said, the fact Bragg downgrades 52% of felonies to misdemeanors, he is not a guy who takes crime seriously.

I have not seen the details. Granted, more information could be forthcoming in the sealed documents. For the sake of justifying his arrest, I would hope there is much more involved that has not been disclosed. I am just going on what the press is saying that it is regarding the $130k hush money.

Every juror must agree on the verdict, this means it must be unanimous. If they can’t all agree, this is called a hung jury and the Judge will have to declare a mistrial. After a mistrial, the prosecutor can choose to try the case against you again.
Even though New York isn't the land of MAGA there's a decent chance a couple Trump supporters end up on the Jury. I could see him being acquitted...we'll see.
If Trumps B team legal folks think they have a decent case I could see them trying to get this to trial as soon as possible.
