Trump's entire life has been a pass.
The trials should be pretty entertaining. Most of the counts are probably hush money related. So, Trump paid thousands to keep these embarrassing stories from the public, and now they will all come out in court.
...and the answer is yes. I can't imagine having time (or desire) to walk around looking like an imbecilic. But then again, Trump does it daily.

The sordidness of it, that they these guys lather themselves in when it comes to their real or imagined "Democrat Party" scandals, is something they skip right over when it comes to Trump.
Look at em, they want to get down into the weeds of the legal technicalities et al they normally pretend they disdain.
I get it. It’s just people say “he downgraded 53% of felonies to misdemeanors”. Is that bad? Is it out of line with the norm? I have no idea. Also, I’m not trusting a “Just the News” article to give me real information. Not that it is on you to research.

Because a legal analyst already stated how NY routinely charges people for this exact same crime, and stated outright if his name WASN'T Trump, he'd be charged.

That said, I have no idea what will transpire with this case, but I do know that this was always thought of as the weakest of his potential cases. So, if this is the weakest and a DA and GJ indicted I think he has far more trouble coming in the other cases.

Really have no idea if it's the weakest case. Maybe in the sense of least serious crimes. You'd think trying to intimidate election officials into committing election fraud would be as high as a person could go. Guess will see.
