Trump's entire life has been a pass.
...and the answer is yes. I can't imagine having time (or desire) to walk around looking like an imbecilic. But then again, Trump does it daily. That has to be some sort of skit.
Yeah, that's not homoerotic or anything.
I’m not a researcher of DA’s 😂. This article that pulled up first on a search, however, shows how he compares with his predecessor.https://justthenews.com/nation/crim...n 2022,,rate was 29%, compared to 53% in 2019.What are the other rates of DAs?
The sordidness of it, that they these guys lather themselves in when it comes to their real or imagined "Democrat Party" scandals, is something they skip right over when it comes to Trump. The trials should be pretty entertaining. Most of the counts are probably hush money related. So, Trump paid thousands to keep these embarrassing stories from the public, and now they will all come out in court.
I get it. It’s just people say “he downgraded 53% of felonies to misdemeanors”. Is that bad? Is it out of line with the norm? I have no idea. Also, I’m not trusting a “Just the News” article to give me real information. Not that it is on you to research.I’m not a researcher of DA’s 😂. Right move for RDS…Kinda curious what the DeSantis slurpers think of this latest slimeballery from their governor.
@KFsdisciple ? @goldmom ?
Thanks. I stopped reading here.I have not seen the details.
Ya know what. **** that guy
He's just going to up and surrender just like that? WTH, at least have a little stand off, or go out kicking and screaming wearing just a wife beater or something.
By a DA who has downgraded 52% of felonies to misdemeanors. Seriously, people can hate Trump, which is understandable, but this is a huge political stunt and an embarrassing miscarriage of Justice.
They can never make up there minds. They don’t even know WHAT they believe.
It’s viewed by many in the media and others as a tremendously weak case.
Any legal minds know if a jury has to be unanimous or is it a plurality for a guilty verdict in this case?
Check that...
My search of the google resulted in a unanimous verdict for a felony....
Every juror must agree on the verdict, this means it must be unanimous. If they can’t all agree, this is called a hung jury and the Judge will have to declare a mistrial. After a mistrial, the prosecutor can choose to try the case against you again.
Even though New York isn't the land of MAGA there's a decent chance a couple Trump supporters end up on the Jury. I could see him being acquitted...we'll see.
If Trumps B team legal folks think they have a decent case I could see them trying to get this to trial as soon as possible.
Really have no idea if it's the weakest case. Maybe in the sense of least serious crimes. You'd think trying to intimidate election officials into committing election fraud would be as high as a person could go. Guess will see.I just came for all of the delicious comments "from both sides." And, I have to say that you guys never fail. hahaha
That said, I have no idea what will transpire with this case, but I do know that this was always thought of as the weakest of his potential cases. So, if this is the weakest and a DA and GJ indicted I think he has far more trouble coming in the other cases.
Seriously? It's a fricking tax reporting case people. It's got nothing to do with who got moneyThe trials should be pretty entertaining. Most of the counts are probably hush money related. So, Trump paid thousands to keep these embarrassing stories from the public, and now they will all come out in court.
Trump doesn’t need donor money. ~ Donald Trump Jr.

For me, one of the moments that I'll remember forever where I was and what I was doing. Still get that sickening, sinking feeling in my gut. There's an exact moment in a Wisconsin football game when the world turned from an optimistic hopeful place to a dog paddle treading water. I won't post the video here because the new mods might ban me for trolling without even reading the post.
