Looking at the EC college map, I can easily get Trump to 268 without winning a single Rust belt swing state. If he wins Nevada, Arizona, Georgia, and North Carolina, as well as all the traditional red states, that would put Trump at 268. The GOP wins at 269, the Dems have to get 270. The reason the GOP wins a 269, is because in case of ties, ties are broken by the states voting, and each state gets one vote, and there are always more GOP states than Democrat states. SO the GOP wins all ties. Now the way they get that last extra vote to get to 269 can be done in 2 ways, the first is Nebraska, which is working to change their law to winner take all in Nebraska, rather than by district, which would give Trump the 1 vote for the Omaha district. The other way to win is to just win the overall popular vote in Maine, which I believe he has slightly pulled ahead in polling, which would give Trump 2 votes. So anyway you cut it, Biden is definitely on the ropes big time, Trump has MANY options to victory. Or win just one Rust belt swing state, where he leads in all of them.
Something that is not being discussed though is why Democrats are pushing so hard to bring in as many illegals as possible, The ultimate game plan is that at some point in the future, they will give them citizenship, and thus create a ton new democratic voters. They are doing this because apportionment is looking really bad for democrats in the future, The expected shift in the upcoming 2030 apportionment (since blue states are dying), is that 13 EC votes will shift from blue states to red states. This will literally give the traditional red states close to the 269 minimum vote count right out of the gate. After the 2040 Apportionment, expect another 10-15 EC votes to switch from blues states to red states. At that point, you could almost make the case that the democrats could never win the Electoral College again, unless they somehow turn a red state to blue. Heck, starting after 2030, swing states will become almost irrelevant, as the GOP will be close if not exceed the 269 minimum on the EC vote. So you now know the reason for burying the country with illegals, the dems have no way forward as a party without making them voters.
