Kyle must not be very smart. This was a civil trial, not a criminal trial. There is no guilt associated with a finding in a civil trial, that's only in a criminal trial. In the civil trial he was found by a unanimous jury verdict to be a sexual abuser. Even you knew that. Kyle must be real stupid because the defamation had nothing to do with the results of him being found to be a sexual abuser in the civil trial. And by the way, Bonespurs asking for a new trial was summarily rejected by the Appeals court. No surprise there given they rejected the appeal outright. Citing no reason for a new trial. What does all that mean? That he's been found to be a sexual abuser. We all knew that.

Should the jury be investigated and imprisoned? The DA? Carroll's lawyers?
He lost at trial. He's lost in the appeals process. Assuming his lawyers are competent, what is your argument? And, again, Trump is still defaming Carroll. That doesn't indicate guilt to you?
