Was that the beginning of the conversation on abortion? Or were they talking about late term abortion? It was a pretty abrupt start, and usually that means there's significant context missing. That said, it wouldn't be terribly surprising to me if Trump actually did say that in context in 2016.

Trump changes his tune on abortion as frequently as he changes wives. I’m not sure “context” exists as you’re requesting.
