Both sides need to work out a deal. Can’t just put some folks on a plane and say your problem now. Reagan did this in the 80’s to Honduras. Country couldn’t handle the influx. Turned it into a war zone. Which lead to a refugee crisis. That boomeranged back to our border.
A long term solution is needed not these band aid approaches.

This, the Southern border of Mexico is the key. Much easier to control thanks to geography and natural boundaries. If a wall is to be effective it should go there.
It’s probably why Colombia turned them away. They weren’t sure what the US was sending them. But who knows. This administration isn’t the most organized bunch.

It’s in their best interests. The flow of migrants is a hinderance to them as well. Honestly it’s in North America’s best interests. If we had a program similar to the EU for employment purposes a lot of our immigration issues would lessen.
Mexico will cease to exist without US investment, we as a country should do a better job of stabilizing our southern border with the help of Mexico, or they can cease to exist.
