Tulsi Approved

They are voting for democracy and against nazidom. You people on the other hand love hitler and hitler type people.

You don't appear to realize that the average American is smarter than the average democrat. The average American realizes that D's toss around words like Nazidom, Hitler, Russian collusion, etc. It's all fake and is one of the many reasons that Trump won and Harris lost.

How does it alter the truth Snowden revealed (and the lies of our officials) that he didn't martyr himself to the level that you would have preferred?
It doesn't...but running away allowed him to be cast as a traitor and greatly diminished the impact he could have made. You don't have to agree with that (you're not that smart) but it's certainly true. Why do you think people CHOOSE (for good or evil reasons) to martyr themselves?

A wrong turn - led by Hillary - that affected some of my liberal friends, as well. And still does, based on their hatred of Tulsi.
Their hatred of anything that doesn’t align with their political beliefs. It’s easy to fall back on throwing a blanket statement of RuSsIa or NaZi!!!! It diminishes the actual meaning of these words and acquisitions but it also gets the most clicks and reactions 🤷🏽‍♂️

LOL. Does repeating all the right wing lies make you braindead or just a liar? I say both, so you are a braindead liar.

I think I’ve been fairly transparent about my life experiences.

The interesting thing to me is that when I say something, the Trumpsters pounce. I’ve never been a Democrat, yet it is the MAGA that disavows everything.

That’s disturbing.

My family has been and is still involved in intelligence.

MAGA is so willing to accept anything that they are fed by Trump. It really didn’t used to be that way. People could think for themselves. Now they rely on Elon/Trump to tell them what to think.

They are all Russian assets now per some posters here. It’s easier to scream Russia on EVERYTHING than look at the history of these organizations and what they have done.
What defines an asset? When Gabbard maintained that there were absolutely 25-30 "U.S.-funded bio labs" in Ukraine doing forbidden bioweapons research (and there is less than zero evidence to support the claim) was she propping up Russia's claimed rationale for invading a sovereign country? When asked to produce the "undeniable facts" she claimed, Tulsi...demurred. If she's spouting Russian propaganda as absolute truth, wouldn't that make her an asset to Russia even if she's just an unwitting...and dumb...dupe?

Unfortunately, Tulsi's confirmation was no surprise. Grossly unqualified and a bona fide appeaser to Putin and his illegal invasion of Ukraine, Republican senators (minus Mitch McConnell) confirmed her while once again cowardly caving to Trump's wishes.

Snowden is a traitor. Your first clue is that he ran off to Russia.

Now, ask yourself this. Why would he go to Russia? There are plenty of other countries that he could have gone.

He appears more likely to have been an “asset” for our enemies v
Not consistent with the facts. Maybe you were too young to be paying attention at the time? That's at least a partial excuse. But even if your ignorance is excusable, confidently posting falsehoods out of ignorance is not.

You "Nothing to see here!", guys are simply the best.
When did I say “nothing to see here”? I am thanking our whistle blowers and agreeing with WWJD on these organizations for what they have revealed because of people that are so distracted by team politics (election deniers like you and MAGAs) not caring about these crimes.

Cons notoriously have trouble with nuance, but you and Moral shouldn't.

[from Newsweek - March, 2022]

In a series of tweets on Monday, the 2020 Democratic presidential hopeful responded to the fierce criticism she has received for a video about the threat of Moscow targeting "U.S.-funded bio labs" in Ukraine and spreading "deadly pathogens."

Gabbard's video, posted on March 13, was accused of echoing false claims made by the Kremlin to justify its invasion of Ukraine—that the country is housing labs funded by the U.S. military that are developing chemical or biological weapons.

The former Hawaii congresswoman also recently told Fox News' Tucker Carlson that she was "deeply concerned" over claims about biological weapons in Ukraine.

On Twitter, Gabbard explained that she doesn't believe there are biological weapons labs or biological weapons in Ukraine—as Russia would have it—but was expressing concern about the fact that there are labs researching pathogens in an active warzone.

We are all assets to the extent of the loosely used term of assets when it comes to politics. Do I think she was purposely working with Russia? No

I haven’t paid much attention to these confirmation hearings because I have an idea of who I think I would like or not like. But I do think it is not a bad to change the status quo of this position when you look at the history of our foreign policy and what the spooks have been doing since it was created in 2004.

The "Department of Homeland Security" sounds like it was named by the Nazis.

Twenty years later and it still makes me cringe.

He didn't 'run off to Russia'.
He went to Hong Kong to meet with journalists, and then left Hong Kong en route to Ecuador. The Obama White House deliberately revoked his passport while he was transferring planes in Moscow, stranding him, and then trying to misrepresent it as him having fled to Russia.

This explains what happened:

https://greenwald.substack.com/p/ben-rhodes-book-proves-obama-officials

The second even "more important signal” sent by Cuba showing its genuine desire to improve relations was their capitulation to Rhodes’ threats that they had better withdraw the permission they had granted Snowden to allow him to pass through Havana once he left the Moscow airport as planned, on his way to Latin America where he intended to seek asylum.

In other words, Rhodes — who has spent years insinuating that Snowden is a Russian spy and traitor given his "choice” to flee to Russia — knew in real time that Snowden never planned to stay even one day in Russia. He had only flown to Moscow from Hong Kong with the intent to immediately fly from Moscow to Havana, and then on to either Ecuador or Bolivia to obtain asylum. Prior to landing in Moscow, Snowden and his representatives had secured a commitment from the Cuban government to allow him safe passage through Havana on his way to South America.

The only reason Snowden is in Russia is because of the actions of Rhodes and his fellow Obama officials to deliberately trap him there: first by invalidating his passport so that he could not board any international flights, and then by threatening the Cuban government that any chance for normalization with the U.S. would be permanently destroyed unless they withdrew their guarantee to Snowden of safe passage through Havana, which they then did. Here's Rhodes in his own words, boasting about what he regards as his success:
I’d have a lot more respect for him had he not ran.

He was right in what he did, but he DID break the law doing so.

My biggest issue with Tulsi is I think she is a grifter. A democrat, vice chair of the DNC, to Bernie supporter, to democrat presidential candidate, to Fox News contributor, to MAGA is unfathomable to me if that person ever held real principled set of positions.

I will say her young career has been interesting with how it went. When she called out Kamala and took a Ron Paul foreign policy position is when she started doing those Fox News spots. Then it progressed where she was constantly attacked by the Hill Dawgs left at the time about being a Russian asset. I assume that constant bombardment, getting older, being religious, and the right accepting her even though she didn’t completely fall in line with the platform is probably why she moved right.

The way the left and legacy media treats her is almost the same with how Rogan went from far left Bernie supporter to a MAGA supporter.

Rogan is absolutely a grifter too. He's just spotting Alex Jones level uneducated conspiracies now. Like the other day he was using that dumb talking point about Bernie getting 1.5 millions for insurance companies, but he never mentioned those were individual contributions from employees. As you may or may not know they ask your job and field when you make a political contribution.

As for Gabbard, I can't trust someone who went from M4A to the cut Medicare team. Instead of running towards the money she could had went towards the Sanders direction more or even all the way down into libertarian socialist type stuff like a Noam Chomsky. She went for money and power. Looks like it worked out for her.

Also on the MAGA side there will be worse surveillance and privacy rights which I would say hardly exist at this point. An oligarch has came out and said they would use AI to monitor citizens and keep them in line.

I’m older than you dude, and in case you missed it, I do understand the intelligence community much better than you ever will.

The 9th Circuit isn’t MAGA.
They reviewed the evidence.
They concluded the government was running a warrantless spying operation on all Americans.
U.S. officials lied about it.

Snowden told the truth.

There's been a lot of 1984ish flip-flopping on this.

At the time, most lefties, a lot of libertarians, and some Dems considered Snowden a valuable whistleblower in the tradition of Pentagon Papers leaker Daniel Ellsberg and Wikileaks source Chelsea Manning.

Some even considered him a hero.

Most Rs and some Dems - including Hillary - called him a traitor.

Look at us now.

I thought Snowden was a traitor. I'd have been good with hanging him. That was until I heard his Joe Rogan interviews. Then I bought his book. Now I think it is far more likely that he did a great thing for his country. I'd like for him to receive a pardon and be brought home to talk about what he was exposing.

Snowden broke the law. He took an oath.

So in your mind, you are free to do and say whatever you want, even if you take an oath promising you will not reveal classified documents.

So, if you work in education or the medical field, you’re free to violate Hippa ?

If you’re a banker, you’re allowed to share information?

I don’t care who you are or who you work for, you’re not allowed to share secrets.

You don’t like it? You resign and stand by your word and the NDA you signed.

He broke the law to tell us that our government was violating the Constitution and the law to spy on all of us.
That's the kind of breaking the law I want to see pardoned.
I want the people who lied to the American public about the illegal spying to be prosecuted, but we know that'll never happen.
The president would get assassinated before that happened.

To be fair Joe Rogan hasn’t really changed other than popularity. He has always been a low level conspiracy theorist and has had numerous guests such as Alex Jones on to talk about some of the wild shit.

Also with Rogan, he is an older GEN X who usually gets called out by Jaimie when he is wrong. He has also mentioned numerous times he doesn’t know what is real a lot of times. I don’t think he is a grifter but more so has gotten super popular and has taken a turn for the reasons I laid out on Tulsi and some of this transgender stuff he has railed against.

I get what you’re saying on Tulsi but I also see why people like WWJD would be a supporter due to her foreign policy message.

And I agree on your privacy point. At this point we have no privacy at all

The reason she got ostracized from the Democratic party is because she backed Bernie.

The way she is portrayed is beyond ridiculous.

She spent her life serving the country only to be labeled a Russian asset and spy. I can see why her loyalty would have changed.

I would agree that he did the wrong thing for the right reasons…but he loses me when he ran.

Stay, defend yourself in public and deal with the fallout. Probably goes to jail - tho imo he’d have been pardoned or offered clemency eventually (he did break the law however justified). Fleeing the country and ending up in Russia - even if that wasn’t his planned destination, puts a bad spin on his actions.

Which doesn't logically lead to her going maga. I question her Bernie support too, and I'm thinking she saw his popularity and tied her grift to him. She pretended to be to the left of regular Democrats and tried calling them out from the left but that was short lived. When that didn't work, instead of getting out of politics or standing her ground she tied herself to maga and bent the knee. She's a grifter.

It's amazing how, even though you know that the Obama administration deliberately got him stuck there, and then misrepresented it to the public, you accuse him of the 'spin' on his actions.

I don't think his unwillingness to destroy his life to the degree some people apparently would prefer in any way changes the importance of what he did.
