Not all Americans are uninformed nor ignorant. Not all Americans lack the ability to get past their own insane and ignorant views. Not all Americans are blinded to the real issues.

That being said, there sure are a f'n lot of them. Let's go through some examples here.

-Middle Eastern involvement/wars in general. How many Americans really understand the history and scope of what has happened here? Do they understand it's much more than being about 'terrorism'? Do they understand the implications of the economic impacts from this? Do they realize that these aren't just stats and stories, but HUMAN LIVES that are being lost? If you get all of this, you're not ignorant nor uninformed.

-Banking Elite, some would say the most elite of the elite. Those who control the economy, those who control the money you live off of, those who's simple words can immediately have economic impact. Do you understand what that really means? Do you understand that due to reliance on currency, you are in fact reliant on these banks for your fortunes, prosperity, and quite frankly your way of life. If you get all of this, you're not ignorant nor uninformed.

-Political corruption across the board in our country. Who in their right mind, would even begin to argue this? Imagine the corruption and deviants you've met in just your job? We've all had that, and seen that here and there. Now imagine what it must be like in the most powerful offices in the world. We literally have politicians bought and paid for by Wall Street and Corporate America. We have candidates at this very moment that we know have received donations from those 'evil' corporate and banking groups that people love to rail against, yet...it's just simply ignored. If you get all of this, you're not ignorant nor uniformed.

These are just a few topics that most Americans are clearly lacking in understanding. The proof is all over the country. Just listen in to social media, watch the news, listen to what the uninformed on this very board have to say about things.

This is in my opinion the worst problem we have. Anything bad that has happened, can be tied to Americans simply not knowing, not showing, or not caring about what is going on. Political Partisanship and the refusal to do anything outside those guidelines is a major part of this problem.

I'll tell you all this. Once you wake up from the pillow soft lies that most people take in, without a thought, and once you start to realize and not be afraid of the brutal truths. You never see things the same again. It's laughable watching just how programmed, and how ridiculous some people can be about this stuff. Death, murder, theft, repeat, and yet it continues on and on. Why? That is the question we all need to ask ourselves.

Feel free to add whatever you believe Americans are also out of the loop with.

I stopped reading after OP implied we should stop using currency. Talk about being ignorant.
That wasn't at all implied. You are truly one of the ignorant Americans I speak of. So ignorant, that you literally conjured some BS out of thin air in order to help validate, your systematically installed argument.

Your biggest problem Huey, is that you stop reading and learning entirely too much. Anything, that goes against what YOU think is valid, is automatically and ignorantly brushed aside by you.

You're your own worst enemy. Stubborn to a fault that holds you down.

Then what did you mean by this statement?

"Do you understand that due to reliance on currency, you are in fact reliant on these banks for your fortunes, prosperity, and quite frankly your way of life."

We rely on currency, what else do you need to know. Do we not rely on currency?

I'm not surprised you don't understand your own argument. It most certainly says we're controlled by the currency we rely on for our way of life. If we didn't use that currency we'd be "FREE". How do you imply the bolded part?

Only a moron would actually try to make the argument you are. This is exactly what I'm talking about. The critique was about the system, not about currency in itself. You get that right?

Notice all the usual suspects have show up. The most left of the left, the most right of the right. They automatically responded to this, as if they were the target of my point.

If you noticed this, you are not uninformed nor ignorant.

I can guarantee you that people such as Strumm, Nat, Nole, and even WWJD are completely understanding in what has been said in the OP.

You really expect us to believe that this is all you meant and that it wasn't a criticism of currency? Fair enough, I guess. So your profound statement of the day of that we rely on currency? This isn't exactly something to be crowing about in a thread meant to call out dumb people.

Uninformed and ignorant Americans the greatest problem we face.

I know a way to fix this problem. Let's create a PC society which doesn't allow for the free exchange of ideas (see psychos who scream at their teachers) and lets import millions of people from the poorest most violent places on earth who don't understand and/or respect our traditions (or language). In addition, let's create a mass communication system where journalism is in constant campaign mode to sell hysteria about everything rather than unbiased news mode which reports on real social science and real hard science.

The balkanized-blame-shifting-pseudo-religiscience-everything-is-free-lets-kill-our-own-industries society we currently have isn't getting the job done.

Yes, and there you go again. You won't see the truth, and only see the truth you want to see. Currency isn't what I have a problem with. It's how it's used by certain entities. Don't get angry, because you are unable to get that. Your own stubborn nature is at fault here.

I'm having a hard time fully understanding this rather enjoyable post.(You see ignorants, if you don't fully understand, don't pretend you do).

Would you be able to flesh this out a bit? I see potential here.

I'm more curious about how the solution works. You come here every day and present the problems and how ignorant people are. I assume you are in public office, no?

What would you have done? Answer that, and I'll answer your question.

Why do I have to answer a question for a statement you provided? You said it was absurd to abandon our currency while providing argument that we're being controlled by our currency. So do we go to a gold standard? Don't you think they'll eventually control that too? No matter what "currency" you think we should switch to or fix the problem with, the upper half is going to try to control as much of it as possible. That's the part that's so laughable about your argument. You think you have all the answers and the rest of us are "ignorant" because we question the answers you provide.

So since you made the statement that we are controlled by our currency, what ideas do you have that would lessen the impact in which we're controlled?

Stop allowing the BS, all Americans need to fully realize what is going on, and demand and make changes happen. Simple as that.

No I think YOU and some others are ignorant and stubborn and uninformed. Why? Because you never even begin to discuss the real problems, unless someone like myself or others bring it up. You simply stick to the plan. The plan laid out to you by those who are using you.
You know why this is true? Predictable. You and the others I speak of are completely PREDICTABLE.

I'm not allowed to get too political at this point in life. Rules.

Right now, all you are doing is presenting yourself as an "Idea guy". Most companies are loaded full of them... That 'guy' usually says something like "Management is so stupid, they never listen to my ideas...and nobody here will speak up about it but me!" while in reality they lack the talent, resources, forecasting ability and/or details of how to manage it that are required to make an idea successful.

You need to take your message to the streets, not HROT - where everyone made up their minds on everything 25-50 years ago.

The sad part is that you think you're not PREDICTABLE. Look up and down this thread. Everyone is basically saying "Same Prime post, different day". You're just as PREDICTABLE as the people you seem to hate so much.

Who said I hate you all, still? Predictable accusation from you though.

It's in the works, I'll keep you informed.

Damn...EVERYONE gets it. The question EVERYONE is asking is....what's the f'n alternative? Do you know of some way to conduct business without a currency? Are you aware of a currency that COULDN'T be controlled in the same way as our current choice?

Absent that, you're as ignorant and uninformed as everyone on here.

Multiple currencies, put the currency back in the hands of the Treasury and the treasury only, force currency to be backed by actual assets, allow FULL auditing, etc.

Still avoiding the above question I see. I'm sure it's hard to admit how full of shit you are. I'd probably avoid it too. Maybe you're waiting for stummingram to give you the answer. I truly hope this is just an online persona and you're not subjecting these crazy thoughts to your kids.

Did you not read my last post?

Your answers suck. Still can't stay on topic in your own thread.

Let's start with multiple currencies. Besides the fact that we already have this with all the world's currencies, what exactly do you mean by this?

Did you not read my last post?

So your big plan to eliminate currency in which we are controlled by is to add......multiple currencies? You still don't think the upper half will try to control a majority of it regardless if the Treasury, Wall Street, or the big banks "own" it? Assets? They'll control the assets too. Full audit? Who do you think owns the audit companies?

I've never met such a naive Libertarian before.
