The Constitution directs the President to ensure that the agencies are following the law. By auditing the agencies to detect fraud and waste, Trump is doing his job. Musk is only an auditor (think bank examiner). His role is only to audit an agency and report his findings to the President.

When you aren’t following the constitution, which is happening, judges will rightfully step in.
