I don't think I've ever seen HS backs get beat down field so many times in one game.....on both sides....

Clock management was non existent....KF approved for sure...

It was an outstanding back and forth battle. Both senior QBs played at a high level. Just a great HS football game.

Not actively from what I hear, he has young kids with another one on the way. UCF, Miss St, and Kansas have all been taken over by guys he coached with, and rumors are he's passed on offers to join each staff.

City and West ended... interestingly? As well.

City took the lead by 1 very late in the game. Proceeded to get an unsportsmanlike (no shocker there) and kicked deep in their own territory with little time left. West had a huge return, got the ball to the 2 yardline and then missed the field goal... but don't worry, City got more unsportsmanlike penalties after the game.

I said the same about the CF/Liberty game. It was an amazing comeback by CF. Still can't believe Liberty led that last second drive to win and CF still had two more shots at it.

That was an insane game. Not a great game if you like 9-7 scores, but thrilling if you like offense. I knew the play would go towards Sutherland. You gotta go to your big guy in the end zone on that one.
