Weather an important factor vs Maryland?

Rain is getting lighter with the most recent update. Should be over by 1 p.m. and there won't be any heavy down pours. Just light showers in the late morning during tailgating.

Rain? No...just when we were 7-0 and everything was looking good and now hear we are getting rain. This is the worst news I could have heard tonight. We are doomed. Seriously...rain? Why has God forsaken us???

No factor. We play on turf. Both teams will run the ball 30+ times.

If it was Indiana we were playing on Saturday, then rain would be a factor.

Chance of precipitation:

weatherunderground shows 81% at noon, 59% at one, 19% at two, 17% at three.

weather.com shows 80% at noon, 55% at one, 20% at two, 20% at three.

The umpire usually does it, or maybe it is the new Center official.

They switch the ball or nearly every play now, so the ball boys on the sidelines will do most of it.
That sounds more like a deflatgate problem then a weather problem now

Wet surfaces usually cause problems in running game for any back that has a cutback. I see us running more straight dive plays and low edge plays IMO. I hope we can catch a wet ball as well. Gonna be interesting...that's for sure..
