Leaving out Bucs/Vikes - because Baker Mayfield is a bright, shining star, and not a backup! and Niners/Steelers because I don't think either is a backup/rookie at this point.

The Niners and Steelers both have top 10 defenses though. The Ravens and Commies are the only other legit defenses on that list.
