Seems like an ankle issue that Seydou doesn’t think is healed enough……but Fran does?

Medically cleared to play, but player doesn’t feel he can perform like he needs to?

Speculation abound. I'm not sure but it's either a high ankle sprain that isn't healing or there's more to the story.

Also it's hard to tell from Fran's reaction to the question in last press conference but I'm not sure that alone is reason to think there's something weird going on, could have just been Fran being coy because he wants him back in the lineup asap.

We sure could use his help. I thought we played well, good effort on defense. But UTAH was not the most athletic team we will face. We will get exposed.

I still think Tadjo could have helped today. Not a ton of minutes but some additional low post defense and rebounding.
