What are your most used knives in the kitchen?

I use these three pretty much exclusively. Life has been so much better since I got the bottom one a few years back. Carving Roasts, Prime Rib, London Broil etc. is easy as can be.

The 3.5" paring knife gets 10x (or more) the use of any other knife in our kitchen cutting things up for the kids.

Next is the 6" santoku knife with kullenschliff.
