What did RK do to get the technical?

He was stupid and lost his composure. It happens to most of us at some point. Hopefully lesson learned and he keeps his composure better the rest of the season.

We obviously have different standards for what is and is not appropiate. Is it suppose to be a family atmosphere or not? I certainly don't want to hear it.

He got hit in the head twice. Hard too. Watch the replay... The Maryland defender should have gotten the technical, not RK. Both hits were worse than the Davidson ball shot.
It’s an old B1G issue. Yes, teams are going to have a home court advantage. But allowing blatantly physical fouls does not prepare the B1G for the NCAA tournament.

Good point. When the B1G gets in a neutral setting, the refs will call it equal(hopefully). I think that will play into Iowa's favor in a big way. Garza is physical, but not to the point of getting 2 fouls in 5 minutes... That was BS. Same with Kriener, obviously.

I'm finally rewatching the game and you're absolutely correct. After Ryan said whatever it was, Cordell gave him a pretty hard shove and said (read his lips) "Shut up, boy!!" Not a smart play by Ryan.

Did you notice the Maryland player elbow him in the head twice? That's where the technical should have been called for.
