100% phone. This is just something to do to pass the time during breaks/lunch and when I’m stuck in the long line at OP’s mom’s house.
I'm one of those laptop users. I'm a boomer, but the biggest reason the laptop works better for me is it's easier to read. For those younger people be prepared to break out the reading glasses at about 40.
I have my account logged in to my personal laptop and work laptop.
I am not logged into my phone, but I will still get on HBOT via the app. HBOT is a very interesting place when your ignored list isn't applied.

iPad. Maybe that is considered a tablet by some, but I never thought of it that way.
