What teams do you MOST want to vanquish, this fall?

2) Cheeseheads ------ Hawkeyes need to make it 2 in a row vs the Cheezers

3) Nebraska --------- That squandered game from 2 years ago is still haunting me.

4) PeddState --------- need that Big10 road win.

5) Clones---------- this is a given, probably a 40 point rout GO HAWKS

This is a tough question because there is a difference between "Who would you hate to lose to the most" and "who would you want to beat the most". I would hate to lose to North Dakota St (FCS streak) and Iowa state. I would want to beat Michigan, Nebraska, Wisconsin the most (prominent Big Ten teams). It depends on whether your love for winning outweighs your hate for losing.

Not at all. Very different personalities, but they coached in different eras. You are right though, the Michigan game is big.

I think the Wisconsin game is going to have a lot to say about who wins the Big Ten West.

Posters don't like Nebraska, but on my two visits there the fans at the game are much nicer than their fans who post on the internet.

As always, beware of Northwestern. They may not win the West but they could knock a contender out of the race.

I agree - win them all. But I especially want to beat Michigan, Wisconsin, and Nebraska. Of course I want to club the clowns but to everyone who says ISU first, you need to reconsider who they are and who we are. ISU is mid-major. They just have not yet faced reality.

Tough call ...

- National pundits will give us the most respect for beating Michigan.
- Defeating Wisconsin is really important because of the implications towards establishing dominance in the Big 10 West. Symbolically beating Wisconsin is important too ... because they took over the spotlight that we thought we'd have post 2009. In other words, over the past 5 years or so ... they've been at where we want to be at.
