Being the strongest ally for the working men and women of this country with overtime protections, the Butch Lewis Act, and the Project Labor Agreement EO. Ending casualties year after year in Afghanistan when Trump promised that and failed to deliver. Finally, the domino of peace deals across the Middle East for the last two months. We are in much worse hands shortly. Pray for America.

I’ll list them again and add another: Overtime protections, the Butch Lewis Act protecting pensions, the Project Labor Agreement EO ensuring benefits and fair wages for federal projects, and helping to negotiate a fruitful end to the UAW strike (where he was the first ever sitting president to walk the picket line with workers). Biden was a consequential president and a good dealmaker, but his biggest flaw was not being as good at PR or propaganda as his opponents.

I'm reading the overtime protections right now. It appears it was struck down, after Trump got one approved, due to be such a huge increase in such a short period of time. It appears the concern, from Universities oddly enough, was that this would impact many of their staff and they didn't have the ability to pay such a difference.
