No point. But not often that you get to work on those kind of things in-game. I thought they could have taken a couple shots first since there was still 20 seconds left on the clock

As a player I would have done the same. I think it’s quite telling about the posters who say “just take a knee........” and not surprised by the above posters who say” it was ridiculous” because their posts on here have lead me to believe they are losers in real life.

Not really. If you lost, it silly to delay the inventible for some kind of moral feeling. If your down 14 with 20 seconds to go its over. If your down 8 in basketball with 10 second to go, its silly to foul.
The other guys are on scholarship too. Sometime you lose.
What happens if wirfs or Stanley gets hurt on the last play? Would it be worth it then? Trying to make up 11pts when you can only max of 8. Makes zero sense to try in that situation. We got lucky no one got hurt
