According to ESPN’s FPI, we are the 13th ranked team with the 12th best offense and 13th best D. Since when have stats liked Iowa? This is a very talented group. Next years will be even better.

Given that the Hawks will likely average around 68 snaps on O per game ... the stats are limited on how high we can rate. However, if we're seeing so few snaps ... but still scoring a lot of TDs .... then the implication is that our opponents likely aren't seeing many snaps either. However, given Phil's D ... the opposition won't be scoring as many TDs.

I care less about the ratings/ranking ... and the bigger payoff will be with how it translates to the W-L column.
