No matter what happens we will still have 11 wins, I know it is hard for Nebby fans to count that high and it is hard to remember the last time the Huskers have accomplished that....

I have to believe the presser is going to announce either the investigation continues or no charges. I find it hard to believe they'd announce a press conference, just to wait to announce charges. UNLESS, they are saying no sexual assault charges but maybe charges for contributing to a minor since the alleged victim was under the age of 21 and possibly drinking at their residence?

No arrests or charges in this incident, says they cannot prove beyond a reasonable doubt a crime occurred and ethically they can't press charges. Just had a news conference.
