Why do you hate women? Should you be making fun of a woman when you chastise others so quickly? Just sayin'…...
I'm just wondering why the GOP can't give one SOTU response without some weird stuff going on.
Oh and I think you should direct your question towards your own party. Why is only 10% of Republicans in Congress women? Does having a vagina somehow make you un-electable in the Republican party?
You might want to direct that complaint against you own party. Right now, 14 women are serving in the Senate as Democrats. To put this in perspective, 17 women have served in the Senate as Republicans in the entire history of the party.
The bottom line here is, Democrats just can't resist attacking any woman who dares align politically with conservative values. Perhaps the nastiness hurled at conservative women is WHY more don't run for elected office, especially nationally.
And yet, the worst thing you guys could come up with is how her mouth looks while speaking?
Considering how heavily women vote democratic, it should be a piece of cake for a woman to get elected in that party, and guess what, they don't.

The Dems still have a lot of work to do, only 33% of our Congress members are female. But that number is on the rise. The GOP, however, has stalled out at about 10% for over a decade now.
Women represent half of our population. Seems like they should represent half of Congress, too.
Why? You assume that women are equally interested in political office as men?
This sort of talk always bothers me.
Why aren't there more women in jobs traditionally dominated by men? Is it because of discrimination, or is it because of a lack of interest on the part of women? I wouldn't expect nurses to be 50-50 male/female. So, why would we expect equal representation in any profession?
Keep searching for the excuses why the GOP is a boys only club there, trad. If this was true at all then why are the Dems seeing a huge influx of female candidates?

Your last sentence is kind of humorous. Palin was portrayed that way and from the brief time she was in the spotlight... she proved that portrayal to be 100% spot on.
With people like Spiro Agnew and others... you would have thought she could never seem like a worse pick. Yet, she was solid gold every time she opened her mouth. Having such entertainment on the campaign trail has given us of laughter.
