Which Hot Sauce Are You Pickin'?

Just S&P for eggs.

Nutmeg?
Yea a teensy bit of nutmeg in scrambled eggs is great. I am cooking for one a lot and my frequent weekday WFH go to for the last two years before my road trip was two eggs, pinch of nutmeg, splash of water scrambled in a bowl and then cooked (hard to do it like Gordon Ramsay where you scramble while cooking and get the nutmeg to mix in well).

No, flavor is flavor. NONE of those hot sauces listed are hot. At least not IMO. They're just good flavored sauces.

The other issues is peppers. I don't like the taste of ANY peppers. Bell, red, chili, jalapeno, habanero, ghost.... none of it.

So obviously, I'm not going to like a sauce based on any of those evil things.

I have nutmeg on hand, and only use it as a garnish for egg nog.

Will try this.

Now that's a valid reason haha

You can only have one of these for the rest of your life. Which one are you picking? Cannot pick any variations of a sauce. It has to be one of these shown. I don't dislike any of them, but Cholula is the very clear #1 for me. I'd probably pick Valentina or El Yucateco 2nd.
