I’m assuming PK retains his season and isn’t suspended for the year. Who’s our best option?
Are you assuming Brands is moving up to 184?I say Caliendo. With PK 174 or he takes an ORS after the open in December
Many things could happen at 174 & 184Are you assuming Brands is moving up to 184?
Maybe he is all business as he should be!I haven't seen PK in any of the promo stuff for the upcoming year. No posts on IG since March......
I think PK will beat out Caliendo for 165I say Caliendo. With PK 174 or he takes an ORS after the open in December
PK doesn’t have a shirt to take as of now. Could earn an Olympic.Brands should be at 174 and Assad at 184.
Kennedy can take the shirt IF he gets beat for the 165 spot. If we have all of our guys back, this is the way I see it going and I believe this is our best lineup.
Maybe there is a chance Nelson goes 184 and Kennedy earns the 165 spot and Caliendo goes 174 or vice versa.
Im worried about 133,149,197. as I said if we have our full lineup.
Obviously they wouldn’t put him in anything until they know about the gambling penalties.I haven't seen PK in any of the promo stuff for the upcoming year. No posts on IG since March......
Well yeah…. We like our guys.I think PK will beat out Caliendo for 165
They are both our guysWell yeah…. We like our guys.
But one of them has been an AA already, no?They are both our guys
Could very well be.Maybe he is all business as he should be!
Yeah oly shirtPK doesn’t have a shirt to take as of now. Could earn an Olympic.
Isn’t he a Missouri lean?is KOT committed anywhere?
Since Caliendo was brought in, I am still confused by what TnT were planning on for PK?
Similar, eligibility wise, both too big for 157, Gabe on deck to be the 174 for several years ...and suspension only clears up one year(worst case scenario for Kennedy).
Were there rumors of a PK transfer?
It shouldn’t be confusing at all. What are TnT planning for the team is what should be the question, imo.Since Caliendo was brought in, I am still confused by what TnT were planning on for PK?

Tony, Assad, Brands (and several other guys) all were interviewed at media day. Unless I missed it, didn't see a similar interview with PK.Obviously they wouldn’t put him in anything until they know about the gambling penalties.
If they both had Caliendo's path to AA I think PK could have been AA just as easy as Caliendo. I still think PK wins the spot...But one of them has been an AA already, no?
If…… If only. That shit gets old, imo.If they both had Caliendo's path to AA I think PK could have been AA just as easy as Caliendo. I still think PK wins the spot...
I'm not justifying anything; I'm merely stating that if PK would have taken the same course the results would have been similar...and the same for Caliendo. I'm not taking away - or downplaying C's AA; I'm merely stating that I think PK taking the same route would have had the same result, and I'm sticking to what I've been saying all along...that PK will win the spot. If C beats him, then C is my guy. I'm for whoever is the better wrestler...and I'm not OK with excuses., For instance, I don't think there's any excuse for PK not AA'ing...completely unacceptable. If…… If only. That shit gets old, imo.

Your comment above is exactly why I’m prone to saying, “We like our guys.” Some around here seem to like our guys more than they like the idea of actually winning.
How is PK going to earn an OLY RS for the 2023-2024 season?PK doesn’t have a shirt to take as of now. Could earn an Olympic.
Us open in December in TexasHow is PK going to earn an OLY RS for the 2023-2024 season?
At the 2023 U23 WCs that just happened?
Only if he is not enrolled in college this semester though, correct?Us open in December in Texas
How many shots at AA‘ing has PK had so far? Three? (I’m really not sure.)I'm not justifying anything; I'm merely stating that if PK would have taken the same course the results would have been similar...and the same for Caliendo. Why wouldn’t he be? Although he isn’t featured in interviews for Media Day, he’s seated in the background with all the other Hawks.Only if he is not enrolled in college this semester though, correct?
Well I guess technically 3. He redshirted (20-21) then sat behind the Bull (21-22)(who beat him at an early season open by a point if I recall). Last year (22-23) was his first year as a starter. How many shots at AA‘ing has PK had so far? Three? (I’m really not sure.)
I believe that he is enrolled. To take an Olympic redshirt year you cannot be enrolled in college so that is not going to happen for PK unless he is not enrolled and meets the qualifications at the US Open. Why wouldn’t he be? Thanks. That’s really only once, imo. I was thinking he had more opportunities up until now.Well I guess technically 3. He redshirted (20-21) then sat behind the Bull (21-22)(who beat him at an early season open by a point if I recall). Last year (22-23) was his first year as a starter.

What part did I misunderstand?Since Caliendo was brought in, I am still confused by what TnT were planning on for PK?
Caliendo and PK are about as close as 2 guys can get wrestling wise. If…… If only. That shit gets old, imo.
He is currently a full time student so the ORS won't be happening. I have said since Caliendo came that PK should go 174 and Nelson 184 . I think that line up scores the most points at NCAA'sI believe that he is enrolled. To take an Olympic redshirt year you cannot be enrolled in college so that is not going to happen for PK unless he is not enrolled and meets the qualifications at the US Open.
I haven’t seen enough of Caliendo to gauge his level of grit. PK is definitely one tough SOB though. Agreed that these two are about as close as it gets ability wise. Very similar seasons results wise. They both had a signature win and they both lost that rematch at NCAAs. PK vs Amine and Caliendo vs Griffith. I can’t imagine this environment not being something that brings out the best in both of them. Like a Clark/ Gilman situation.Caliendo and PK are about as close as 2 guys can get wrestling wise.
PK has a little more "grit" in my opinion.
He's not gonna just step aside and hand Caliendo the spot.
He will fight his ass of for it.
It's a good thing we have 2 guys of this caliber going for the same weight.
But, PK has the gambling stuff to deal with, Caliendo does not.
