I think the idea is that there are other teams that don't have 3 losses...especially when you look at 2 of those losses for Bama. If the projections are close...Indiana is in. It comes down to Alabama or SMU for the 12th slot.

I'm of the opinion that a 3 loss Bama is better than a 2 loss AZ State or a 2 loss SMU. They play way better teams and that's just a fact.

SMU getting in is bull .. the lucked into a soft schedule because the acc has 17 teams.
