Replacing her would be a winning move. They're worried about looking racist by booting her off, but every thinking person already knows this racism/DEI rouse that worked for the Dems for so long has run its course.

They could replace her with a competent VP regardless of that person's race, and people would generally be relieved at this decision. It would gain votes, not lose them.
