They both can't win for negotiating a nuclear arms agreement with Iran. Can they?

I'd say Obama just earned the one they already gave him. Give this one to Kerry and launch his 2016 campaign.

I'm sure I could find this online if I wanted to look, but what is the purpose of enriching uranium besides nuclear weapons? I see the deal still lets Iran enrich uranium, just not as much.

Yeah. This was a GREAT deal by Kerry and Obama deserving of the Nobel PP. Nobody deserves the piece of crap prize. Good to know the Ayatollah still thinks of us as the "enemy".

Great deal you bozos at the White House.

My God......I hope this was typed while laughing.

I'm sure they would get Iran's vote, while shouting "Death to America and Israel".

A favorite quote comes to mind given these current events. - "Reality; that which is avoided at all costs".

The key is that they won't be able to enrich enough for weapons. Not anywhere close to enough for weapons. Enrichment in the 5-20% range is generally described as good for medical applications and scientific research. IIRC, you need levels above 90% for bombs. Probably well above 90% but I'm too lazy to look it up.

Which reminds me, is the TV show Manhattan coming back? That was one of the problems they ran into back then - even at very high levels of enrichment, the bomb could either fail or behave unpredictably (and perhaps disastrously) - failure being most likely.

You are living in a dream world. I truly believe the only time you will believe Iran is developing nuclear bombs is when one is dropped on Israel and the Iranians admit to doing it.

But at that point, all you will care about is how many Jews were killed and if Iran was going to drop more.

You really should go back to being Parser instead of WWJD because Jesus was Jewish and you'd like to see them all gone.

Youre a tough grader, stopping WWIII isn't good enough for you? I bet if Kerry had been elected in 2004, we would have gotten that SOFA agreement with Iraq and prevented ISIS.

Please explain in detail how he stopped world war 3. The Kerry SOFA comment is so ridiculous that we can just leave that alone.

Seriously natural, if you are trolling in this thread, I say bravo. You got me to bite. If not, that is disappointing.

While the WWIII term might be a bit hyperbolic, there is little doubt in my mind that decades of fighting that would make the Iraq war look small is the alternative to this agreement. It's dispointing that you miss that context.

Unless the world gets its act together, Iran and a whole bunch of other nations (and corporations, and religions, and girl scout clubs) will have nukes.

I'm not particularly concerned with Iran getting nukes IF we have sufficient time to integrate them into the community of nations so solidly that they - like the other members of the nuclear club - have no inclination to use them.
