Will sondland plead the 5th?

Sondland's story has changed so much I don't know how he can testify without contradicting himself. I also don't know how either side can figure out the truth, and declare victory based on anything he says.
Oh actually it is pretty easy to figure out which side declares victory.

Looking at potential time in prison... the truth is flowing from Sondland's mouth. But he sure is distancing himself from the other "rats" like RudyG.

Pretty sure Idiot In Chief won't be making any tweets declaring how the Republicans are "killing it", like he did on Tuesday.

Even Fux News is being forced to acknowledge QPQ.

HROT lawyers (and want-of-bees)....

I'm pretty certain that if Sondland was on trial and gave sworn testimony, he surrenders his right to later invoke the Fifth. So, question 1....as a witness, Sondland can plead the Fifth selectively...even on matters to which he has already given sworn testimony...is that correct? Question 2...can he assert Fifth Amendment rights if he's charged and brought to trial? Does his sworn testimony in one venue prevent asserting his right to remain silent in another?

He can take the 5th under any of those circumstances. A witness generally has a right to recant or correct testimony, but not under 18 U.S.C. sec. 1001.

Pence named. It just got real for R's with the successor now potentially Pelosi.
